摘 要:结合低品位微细粒难选铅矿的矿石性质研究,通过探索试验,确定采用先硫后氧粗精矿再磨再选的原则工艺流程。以(NH_4)_2CO_3为调整剂,水玻璃为抑制剂和矿泥分散剂,Na_2S为氧化铅矿物的活化剂,D_(421)作为铅矿物的捕收剂,通过闭路试验,获得了硫化铅精矿中铅品位为61.20%、回收率为67.02%,氧化铅精矿中铅品位为36.76%、回收率为12.29%,铅精矿品位为55.48%,总回收率为79.31%的较好指标,实现了矿产资源的综合回收利用。According to the properties of a low-grade microfine refractory lead ore, exploratory test was conducted to determine the principle process flow involved first sulphide and then oxide as well as regrinding and reconcentration of coarse concentrate.(NH4)_2CO_3 was used as the adjusting agent, sodium silicate as the inhibitor and the slime dispersant, Na_2S as the activator for lead oxide, D_(421) as the collector for lead mineral, after closed-circuit test, the following products were obtained: lead sulphide concentrate with lead grade of 61.20% and recovery rate of 67.02%, lead oxide concentrate with lead grade of 36.76% and recovery rate of 12.29%. The total lead concentrate grade was 55.48% and total recovery rate was 79.31%. With such good indexes, comprehensive recovery and utilization of mineral resources were realized.
