摘 要:测试了<100>取向多晶Fe_(81.6)Ga_(18.4)合金不同偏置磁场下磁感应强度与应力的关系曲线,在此基础上进行了磁感应强度感知应力灵敏度的分析。实验中施加的应力为0.05Hz、±63MPa的准静态拉压应力。偏置磁场通过两种方法施加,一种是给激励线圈通恒定电流;另一种是通过比例积分调节器给激励线圈通可控的电流以维持合金中磁场的恒定。分析结果表明,在1.6k A/m恒定偏置磁场下,压应力为-3.6MPa时最大感知应力灵敏度为75.5m T/MPa;当电流为0.384A(零应力下的磁场约为4.0k A/m),压应力为-21MPa时,恒电流偏置下最大感知应力灵敏度为41m T/MPa。Magnetic induction versus stress under different bias magnetic fields of 100 oriented polycrystalline Fe81.6Ga18.4 was measured. Sensitivity was calculated and analyzed from the measured magnetic induction versus stress curves. Compressive and tensile stresses were applied from-63 MPa to 63 MPa at a frequency of 0.05 Hz. Bias magnetic fields were applied in two ways, constant field in the sample obtained using a controller and constant current to the excitation coils. The results show that when the constant field is 1.6 k A/m, the maximum sensitivity is 75.5 m T/MPa at-3.6 MPa compressive stress; when the constant current is 0.384 A(the magnetic field is about 4.0 k A/m) and compressive stress is-21 MPa, the maximum sensitivity is 41 m T/MPa.
