“一带一路”的区域发展协同——宁波及宁波帮的功能使命

摘　　要："丝绸之路经济带"与"21世纪海上丝绸之路"是新时期国家对外开放的重大战略,其主要目的在于加强与沿线国家的协同发展,共同打造一个互信互利、合作共融的命运共同体。宁波作为古代海上丝绸之路的重要发源地,宁波帮作为活跃在中国商界的最大商帮之一,两者的关系是始终相辅相成的,两者在新世纪国家"一带一路"战略中都占据着重要作用。当前应以历史的眼光深入探索研究宁波及宁波帮参与"一带一路"建设的历史地位、当下功能、未来使命,使其在21世纪"一带一路"建设中争做桥头堡。The ＂Silk Road economic belt＂ and ＂21st Century Maritime Silk Road＂ are the major strategy of our nation＇s new opening to the outside world. The main purpose is to strengthen the cooperation and joint development with countries along the road, and to create an interdependent community of mutual trust and benefit, cooperation and communication. Since Ningbo is an important birthplace of ancient maritime Silk Road, and Ningbo Bang is one of the largest business groups in Chinese business communities, the relationship between the two is always complementary, and they are both important players in the Belt and Silk Initiative. At present, we should further explore the historical position, current function and future responsibility of Ningbo and Ningbo Bang so as to play a bridgehead role in the Belt and Road Initiative.
