摘　　要：公用电流互感器二次绕组二次回路只允许、且必须在相关保护柜屏内一点接地。独立的、与其他电压互感器和电流互感器的二次回路没有电气联系的二次回路应在开关场一点接地。金哨电站电流二次接地点位置应依据上述规定选择。The secondary current circuit in the secondary winding of the common current transformer must be grounded at one-point in relevant protection cabinets and panels. The independent secondary current circuit without electrical contacts between other voltage transformers and current transformers should be grounded at one-point in switch yard. The secondary current circuit grounding position of Jinshao hydropower station should be selected based on the above provisions.
