摘 要:根据白石水库的实际特点,构建满足防洪、供水、减淤和改善水质4个目标要求的水沙联合调度多目标模型,以白石水库2000—2009年的水库水沙资料为基础,拟定3种水沙调度运作方式,采用遗传算法和多目标加权均衡排序相结合的方法进行多目标求解。计算结果表明:蓄水运用,汛期低水位相机排沙,兼顾改善水质方案为最佳水沙联合调度方案。According to the actual characteristics of the Baishi reservoir, the multiple objective model of regulation combined water with sediment is built to meet the four requirements of flood control, water supply, reduce siltation and water quality improvement. Based on the water and sediment data of Baishi reservoir during the year of 2000 to 2009, the three operation modes of water and sediment regulation are drafted, and the combined method of the genetic algorithm and the multiple objective weighted equilibrium scheduling is adopted to solve the multiple objectives. The results show that the best operation scheme of regulation combined water with sediment is operation of storage, sediment discharge at low water level in flood season and taking water quality improvement in account.
