摘 要:针对传统效能评估方法的局限和不足,提出了一种基于云理论和组合赋权方法的反潜巡逻机搜潜效能评估方法;对于因素指标的权重分配问题,将层次分析法和熵权法相结合,依据方差最大化原理提出了一种主客观结合的组合赋权方法;应用云理论进行效能评估,介绍了云的数字特征,引入云权重参与评估,并通过云计算得到最终评估结果。通过实例计算及Matlab仿真,直观明确地体现了各搜潜方案搜潜效能的优劣。For the limitations and shortcomings of traditional effectiveness evaluation methods,a new method for anti-submarine patrol aircraft researching submarine based on cloud theory and combination weighting method was proposed. To the weight assignment of factor indexes,AHP was used together with entropy method to put forward a new combination weighting method based on maximizing deviation principle. Using cloud theory to effectiveness evaluation,the digital signature of the cloud was introduced. Importing cloud weighting in the assessment,the final results of the assessment by cloud calculate was got.By an applied example and simulation of Matlab,the pros and cons of each researching submarine scheme were reflected intuitively and clearly.
