摘  要:以重庆地区常见的稻草为原材料,进行草砖制作技术的试验研究.试验采用不同浓度的NaOH溶液浸泡稻草,待稻草软化后将其压缩成型,对自然养护好的稻草砖进行收缩率、密度、含水率和热工性能等物理特性测试.结果表明,NaOH溶液浓度不同,在同等养护条件下,草砖的收缩性、密度、含水率和导热性能也不相同,NaOH溶液浓度在2%~5%范围时,浓度越大,草砖的收缩率、含水率和密度越大,导热系数越大,热工性能良好.Tests have been carried out to study the technology of making grass brick based on the common straw as raw material of Chongqing area.In this paper,different concentrations of sodium hydroxide solution have been used to soak the straw.Compressing and molding the straw after it is softened,and testing the shrinkage rate,density,water content and thermal properties and other physical properties of well natural cured straw brick.The experimental study shows that,the shrinkage,density,water content and thermal conductivity are not the same,under the same curing condition,if the concentration of NaOH solution is different.The greater the concentration of NaOH solution is,the shrinkage rate,density,water content and the coefficient of thermal conductivity of grass brick are greater as well as the thermal properties are good when the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution ranges from 2%to 5%.
