摘　　要：针对我国丘陵山区的农业交通运输需求设计了一种手推-跨骑互变式结构两轮车,它可以改变自身的结构形式来实现不同的功能需求.通过三维建模对两轮车主要零部件进行了设计,并通过虚拟装配和有限元分析工具对其强度进行分析以实现车身结构的优化,为两轮车的实体加工提供了直接依据.两轮车实体制作及运行测试结果表明,其结构简单、转换方便,基本能够满足山地丘陵地区的农业运输和交通需要,为改善山地丘陵地区的农业运输条件提供了参考.Focused on the condition of agricultural transportation of the mountainous and hilly terrain of our country,this paper designed a kind of A Hand Push-Astride Interconvert Structure Vehicle with Two Wheels.This vehicle can meet different functional requirements by changing its structure forms.The main components and parts of this vehicle are designed by a three dimensional modeling design software.After the design,a virtual assembly and finite element analysis were done to analyze the strength of the stress and strain of the models designed before,of which the result can promisingly optimize the structures and provide some basic basis for latter manufacture.Results of the manufacture and driving test on the chosen road show that,with a simple and conveniently structure conversion,this vehicle can finely meet the need of the agricultural transportation of the mountainous and hilly terrain and provide a useful reference of the improving of the transport condition of the mountainous and hilly terrain.
