摘　　要：对中国和澳大利亚入境旅客携带物检疫情况进行了比较,着重从管理体制与机构、法律法规、现场查验、风险管理、人员培训、宣传手段等6个方面进行比较与分析。认为澳大利亚有一些先进经验与管理特色值得我们学习借鉴。针对我国入境旅客携带物检疫存在的问题与不足,结合实际情况,提出完善我国旅客携带物检疫工作的几点建议。The comparison on quarantine of belongings of inbound passengers between China and Australia is made mainly from the six perspectives of administration system and institutions,related laws and regulations,on-site inspection,risk management,personnel training and publicity means. Based on this,it’s suggested that we shall learn the advanced experience and administration features of Australia. In view of the problems and shortcomings about the quarantine of belongings of inbound passengers of China,combined with the actual situation,some recommendations are put forward to improve quarantine of belongings of inbound passengers of China.
