摘  要:随着国民经济的快速发展,未来几年是城轨交通发展建设的高峰期。那么如何科学合理地确定设计方案,编制工程概算和控制投资,成为各大中城市规划和建设主管部门关注的焦点。此文根据城轨交通工程机电系统的组成及应具备的功能,就机电系统的造价,从建设标准、新技术新设备的应用、人工费和地区差别等方面可能产生的差别进行分析。并根据已建和在建工程所编制的概算,经分析提出编制机电系统投资估算可采用的经济指标建议。With the rapid development of national economy, in the next few years, will be the peak period of development and construction of urban rail transit. Then how to make a scientific and rational design scheme, draw up the budgetary estimation and control investment, focused by the planning and construction departments in all large and medium -sized cities. This article according to the composition and the function of electromechanical system of urban rail transit project, analyzed the cost of the electromechanical system from construction standard, the application of the advance techniques, cost of labor and area discrimination. According to the budget of construction in process and constructed project, the economic indicators suggestions were put forward on investment estimation for mechanical and electrical system.
