浅析ABC管理法在架子队库房管理中的应用

摘　　要：目前,施工企业在工程建设中所设的架子队库房管理大多还是粗放型的管理模式。此文在分析其管理现状和存在不足的前提下,通过对存在问题的分析,结合ABC库房物资分类管理法,提出架子队库房物资管理的原则及要点。并结合某高速公路隧道工程项目,以组建的施工班组所需物资对库房面积进行区域和功能性划分,物资归类分区域存放,并按ABC类别进行入出库的统一管理。At present, the most of warehouse management of shelf team set by the construction enterprises in engineering construction are extensive management pattern. This article in analyzes the management status and shortcomings, through the analysis of the problems, combining with the ABC warehouse material classification management method, put forward the principle for shelf team warehouse material manage- ment and key points. Combined with a highway tunnel engineering projects, the warehouse divided by area and functional according to the necessary goods to, materials storage by areas, unify the management of inbound, outbound according to ABC classification.
