手术室感染管理中相关问题分析及应对措施

摘　　要：目的:探究手术室感染管理中存在的普遍问题,并提出针对性的管理措施。方法:调查该市12所医院手术室感染管理的现状,对其中存在的问题进行综合分析,然后提出针对性的手术室感染管理预防措施。结果:本组12所医院的手术感染管理总体较好,大部分医院均已建立了相对比较完善的手术室感染管理体系,但少数医院在设置专门的手术室感染管理部门、构建监测结果分析制度、消毒剂浓度监测、建立医护人员手卫生制度等方面存在较严重的欠缺。结论:施行科学合理的手术室感染管理,对于提高手术室感染管理工作的质量和确保患者的身体健康具有非常重要的意义。Objective： to discuss common problems in infection management in surgery room, and propose corresponding management measures.Methods： status quo of infection management in surgery room in 12 hospitals in our city was investigated, problems were comprehensively analyzed, and measures were proposed to cope with infection management in surgery room.Results： overall investigation result of 12 hospitals was comparatively good, most hospitals have set up relatively perfect infection management in surgery room, but there are some hospitals which have deficiency in infection management section, monitor results analysis mechanism, disinfection concentration monitoring,and medical personnel sanitation system.Conclusion：scientific and reasonable infection management preventative measures are of great significance to elevate infection management quality and guarantee patients＇ physical fitness.
