摘  要:目的:研究ICU分离的7株阴沟肠杆菌菌株的耐药表型与脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)克隆分型之间的相关性,明确临床感染和流行状况并为合理选用抗生素提供参考依据。方法:采用K-B法进行临床常用抗生素敏感性试验(AST),采用PFGE对7株阴沟肠杆菌进行克隆分型。结果:菌株呈严重的多重耐药特性;7株阴沟肠杆菌经PFGE后分为四种不同来源的克隆型;相同来源和不同来源的阴沟肠杆菌克隆株间的耐药谱均不完全相同。结论:AST和PFGE分别在明晰阴沟肠杆菌治疗药物敏感性,临床感染和流行状况方面提供直观依据,但耐药表型和PFGE克隆型之间未发现明显的相关性;应根据药敏结果合理选用抗生素以减少或延缓强耐药菌株的播散。Objective: OBJECTIVE To student on the relationship between antibiotic resistance and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis( PFGE) clonal typing of seven strains of Enterobacter cloacae isolated from ICU, make clear the clinical infection and prevalence status, and provide a scientific reference for selection of antibiotics.Methods: The antibiotics susceptibility tests(AST) were performed by the disk diffusion test, and the molecular typing of seven strains was tested by PFGE.Results: AST showed character of multiple antibiotic resistance, seven strains of Enterobacter cloacae were classified into four kinds of different clones, and the drug resistant spectrum was not identical between same clonal isolates and different clonal isolates.Conclusion: AST and PFGE clonal typing could provide evidence directly in drug resistant spectrum and nosocomial infection and prevalence status, but there was no obvious correlation between drug resistant and clonotypes. Antibiotics should be selected reasonably based on AST so as to reduce or delay strong resistant strains to spread out.
