音乐疗法在剖宫产围术期的应用分析

摘　　要：目的：分析和探讨音乐疗法在剖宫产围术期的应用效果,调查剖宫产手术患者的满意度。方法：将某院2011年3月~2012年3月在住院部行剖宫产手术共460例患者作为观察对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组均采用椎管内麻醉。其中常规护理230例为对照组,采用常规护理的基础上配合音乐疗法230例为治疗组。同时观察并记录所有患者的临床效果。结果：对比两组患者的脉率、平均动脉压、疼痛等级分数,治疗组均与对照组存在差异（P〈0.05）。治疗组内比较,大专以上文化组在上述指标方面均较初高中以下文化组低（P〈0.05）。结论：音乐疗法可改善剖宫产围手术期患者的焦虑心理状态,起到术后镇痛的效果,适用于剖宫产术围手术护理工作中。Objective： To analyze and evaluate the application effect of music therapy in the perioperative period of cesarean section, cesarean section survey of patient satisfaction.Methods： our hospital in March 2011 to 2012 march in the inpatient department for cesarean section operation a total of 460 patients as the object of observation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group were treated with intraspinal anesthesia. Among them,230 cases were routine nursing as control group. Based on conventional nursing, 230 cases were treated with music therapy as the treatment group. Observe and record the clinical effect of all patients.Results： were compared between the two groups of pulse rate, mean arterial pressure, pain score level, treatment group were with the control group exist difference（P 〈0.05）. The treatment group, group culture college in the index are lower than at the beginning of high school culture group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：music therapy can improve Caesarean perioperative patients psychological state of anxiety and postoperative analgesia for in caesarean birth operation in perioperative nursing work.
