摘 要:为改善陶粒混凝土和易性差、脆性大等缺点,采用正交试验设计方法,考虑棉花秸秆纤维、EPS、水泥及砂率在三水平的影响下,配制植物纤维增强型EPS陶粒混凝土试块。对试块的抗压及劈裂抗拉强度进行极差和方差分析,确定满足一定考察指标的材料最优组合。结果表明:EPS颗粒掺量是影响试块抗压强度的最显著因素;棉花秸秆纤维能显著提高陶粒混凝土试块的抗劈拉强度,延缓混凝土开裂。最终确定水泥掺量40%、EPS颗粒掺量0.45%、棉花秸秆纤维掺量1.0%、砂率2.5%时抗压强度在8.0MPa^10.0 MPa范围内为各种因素的最优组合。In order to improve the workability,overcome the brittleness and other defects of ceramic concrete,the orthogonal experiment design method was adopted. Considering EPS,plant fiber and cement sand ratio under the influence of four factors at three levels were considered to make plant fiber-reinforced EPS ceramsite concrete blocks. Based on the material compressive strength and splitting tensile strength,range analysis and variance analyses were performed to determine the optimal mixture ratio which meets a certain inspection index of the material.The results showed that EPS is the main and the most significant factor that influences compressive strength. Plant fiber can effectively improve crack resistance and tensile strength of concrete. The results suggest that the cement content of 40%,EPS content of 0. 45%,cotton stalk fiber content of 1. 0% sand rate 2. 5% is the optimal combination of various factors which compressive strength within the scope of 8. 0 to 10. 0 MPa.
