抗血栓压力梯度袜在高龄前列腺增生患者术后预防下肢深静脉血栓中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨高龄前列腺增生患者术后使用抗血栓压力梯度袜（TED压力袜）配合早期活动对预防下肢深静脉血栓的影响。方法：对2013年11月~2014年12月84例高龄前列腺增生患者术前随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用传统护理,试验组在对照组基础上术前开始使用膝长型抗血栓压力梯度袜,术后配合早期床上活动,直到下床活动。术后3~7 d行彩色多普勒超声,以了解深静脉血栓发生情况。结果：试验组深静脉血栓（DVT）发生情况明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：术前应用抗血栓压力梯度袜,配合术后早期床上活动可有效预防高龄前列腺增生患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成。Objective ： To explore the application of anti - thrombusgraduated compression stocking （ TED pressure stocking）, together with early exercises, in preventing deep venous thrombosis for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who have experienced surgery. Methods： We chose 84 elderly pa- tients with benign prostatic hyperplasia before the surgery from November 2013 to December 2014 and divided them into the experimental group and the con- trol group. We treated the latter group with traditional nursing. And we treated the former with knee - high anti - thrombusgraduated compression stocking before the surgery as well as the traditional nursing. After the surgery, we also treated the former with early exercise on bed until they are able to get off the bed. After the surgery, we applied the color doppler ultrasound after three to seven days to know the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis. Results ： The occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of the experimental group was obviously lower than that of the control group, and the difference comparison had statis- tical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： If the anti - thrombusgraduated compression stocking is used before the surgery and the patients do early exer- cise on bed, the deep venous thrombosis could effectively be prevented for the elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
