摘　　要：目的：探讨无瘤技术在恶性肿瘤手术中的手术配合。方法：自2012年2月~2014年2月对120例恶性肿瘤患者术中实施无瘤技术,并实施手术配合。结果：120例患者均手术成功,手术后患者根据情况采取相应治疗。术后1年局部复发5例,远处转移7例。结论：无瘤技术防止癌细胞医源性扩散的有效措施,可有效提高恶性肿瘤患者的术后生存率。Objective ：To explore the operation cooperation of tumor free technique malignant tumor operation. Methods： From February 2012 to February 2014, we adopted the tumor free technique in 120 patients with malignant tumor and carried out the operation cooperation. Results： The operations on these patients were all successful and the patients were treated according to their conditions. One year later, five patients had local recurrence and seven had dis- rant metastasis. Conclusion：The tumor free technique is effective in preventing the iatrogenic diffusion of cancer cell and can effectively improve the survival rate of patients with malignant tumor after surgery.
