摘 要:目的:降低手术器械包配制的缺陷率。方法:运用六西格玛管理的定义、测量、分析、改进、控制5个步骤,通过对基础数据的调查、分析,查找手术器械包配制在质量关键点及流程中的缺陷,分析影响手术器械包配制质量的关键因素,制订解决方案,采取相应措施进行控制,比较应用六西格玛管理法前后手术器械包的缺陷率。结果:应用六西格玛管理法后手术器械包的缺陷率低于实施前(P<0.01)。结论:运用六西格玛管理法在手术器械包配制过程易出问题的环节进行管理,可有效降低手术器械包配制的缺陷率。Objective : To decrease reduce the defect rate of the allocationof surgical instrument package. Methods : Six Sigma management to define, meas- ure, analyze, improve and control the five steps, through to the underlying data investigation, to analyze the quality of the surgical instrument package for- mulated critical points and the process defects, and analyze the impact of surgical instruments package formulated quality the key factors to develop solutions and take appropriate measures to control, defect rates before and after application of Six Sigma surgical instrument package. Results : After used Six Sigma the defect rate of surgical instruments was less than before ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion : The use of Six Sigma in surgical instrument package preparation process is easy to manage part of the problem, which can effectively reduce surgical instrument package formulated defect rate.
