摘 要:目的:探讨追踪方法学在培养年轻护士长能力中的应用效果。方法:2010年10月~2012年2月我院采用个案追踪及系统追踪相结合的方法,对新竞聘上岗的20名年轻护士长进行为期半年的讲授培训及实践指导,对培训前后护理质量及护理管理绩效得分进行比较。结果:年轻护士长护理管理绩效考核在护理安全管理、人力资源管理、护理质量管理、科研与教学方面有明显提高(P〈0.05);在科室物资管理、个案护理、消毒隔离、急救药品管理、健康教育5个护理质量方面亦提升显著(P〈0.05)。结论:追踪方法学对护理管理人才进行全方位动态培训,有助于年轻护士长观念更新和管理水平提高,从而促进护理质量的持续改进,使患者获得优质、高效、安全的护理服务。Objective : To investigate tracking methodology in the training of young matron ability application effect. Methods : From October 2010 to Febru- ary 2012, having used a case tracking and tracing system combined method 20 young matron selected from new competition our hospital attended a period of six months of training and taught practical guidance before and after the training and quality of care nursing management performance scores were com- pared. Results: the young matron nursing management performance appraisal has improved significantly in care safety management, human resources man- agement, quality of care management, research and teaching , the quality of care management( P 〈 0.05 ) ; and materials management in the department, case care, disinfection and isolation, emergency medicine management, health education also enhance the quality of care significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclu- sion : The methodology for tracking all - round dynamic nursing management personnel training, help the young matron Ideas and management level, so as to promote continuous improvement of the quality of care that patients receive high - quality, efficient, safe care.
