摘 要:热线风速仪是将速度信号转化为电信号的测速设备,在流场测量方面应用广泛。同步测量方法的实验系统主要包括自加热设备、Dantec热线风速仪和二维探头。本文介绍了同步测量方法,进行了变温度流场的数据处理。结果表明,在变温度流场中必须进行温度速度的同步测量,关键在于在对应温度下标定速度,另外在处理变温度流场数据时要代入变温度标定系数。实验结果证明速度和温度分布可以通过同步测量方法快速有效地获得。Hot-wire anemometer is a speed measuring equipment of converting velocity signal to electric signal with remarkable advantages, such as high precision, easy operation and transient synchronous measurement. It has extensive application prospects in flow field measurement. The transient synchronous measurement experimental setup mainly consists of self heating equip- ment, Dantec CTA/HWA and two dimensional probe. The implementation of the transient synchronous measurement is described, and the quantitative data processing of variable-temperature flow field is introduced. The basic operation technology of transient synchronous measurement is expatiated, and the instantaneous signal and power spectral density are analyzed. It is shown that transient synchronous measurement of temperature and velocity is necessary for variable-temperature airflow field. The key point is to calibrate the velocity at the corresponding temperature, and the variable-temperature ealibration coefficient must be substituted into the formulas when processing the variable-temperature airflow field data. The experimental results show that the velocity and temperature distribution can be obtained quantitatively by transient synchronous measurement method expediently, effectively and in a compact way.
