摘  要:近30年来,白假丝酵母菌已成为导致免疫功能低下患者发病和死亡最常见的条件致病性真菌。随着临床上唑类药物的频繁使用,耐药菌株不断被检出,其耐药机制研究也备受关注。近年来,其在转录调控水平的机制研究也取得了很大进展,明确了耐药相关编码基因的顺式作用元件和反式作用因子,并部分阐述了相应的作用机制。文章就白假丝酵母菌唑类药物耐药相关的转录调控研究进展作一综述。In recent 30 years, Candida albicans has become the most common opportunistic pathogen that causes the incidence and mortality of patients with low immunity. With the frequent use of azole antifungal drugs, azole-resistant strains are often detected. Studies on the mechanism of drug resistance have drawn more and more attention. In recent years, studies on the mechanism of transcriptional regulation have also made great progress. The cis-acting elements and trans-acting factors of the resistant-related encoding gene were identified and the acting mechanism was partially elucidated. In this paper, research advances in the transcription regulation related to azole resistance of Candida albicans are reviewed.
