摘 要:以活性炭为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备了负载型磷钨酸催化剂,并将其应用于NH3-SCR法低温脱硝。研究了磷钨酸(HPW)负载量和焙烧温度对脱硝性能的影响,通过BET、XRD和FT-IR等方法对催化剂进行了表征和机理研究。研究结果表明,HPW与载体活性炭之间存在着键合作用,且其在活性炭上存在的物相状态与负载量有关;研究焙烧温度时发现,负载在活性炭上的HPW随着焙烧温度的升高而逐渐发生分解;在NH3-SCR法脱硝反应中,催化剂的焙烧温度和HPW负载量对催化剂的脱硝性能有很大影响,通过XRD和FT-IR表征发现,活性炭上HPW晶相的出现和HPW的分解均不利于反应的进行。实验得到炭基HPW制备的最佳焙烧温度为400℃,负载量为30%,用于NH3-SCR法脱硝在反应温度为200℃时,NO转化率可达80.8%。Using activated carbon as a carrier,supported phosphotungstic acid catalyst was prepared by the incipient-wetness impregnation method,and applied to remove NOxwith NH3-SCR method. We mainly studied the effects of HPW capacity and calcination temperature on the denitration performance,and it was characterized by BET,XRD and FT-IR. Results show that there are bonding effects between HPW and activated carbon,and its phase state exiting on the activated carbon is related with loading capacity. Studies on the calcination temperature show that the HPW loaded on the activated carbon gradually decompose as the temperature increases. In the method of NH3-SCR reaction,the catalyst's calcination temperature and HPW capacity have great effects on the denitration performance of the catalyst. Combining the characterization of XRD and IR,we find that HPW crystalline phase appearing on activated carbon and HPW decompositing are not conducive to the catalytic reaction.The optimum conditions of NH3-SCR are as follows: calcination temperature of 400 ℃,30% of loading capacity.When the reaction temperature is 200 ℃,NO conversion rate can reach 80. 8%.
