摘  要:目的探讨云南玉溪地区早孕孕妇中TORCH-Ig M的阳性率,为有效预防当地TORCH感染提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2013-2014年当地4371例早孕孕妇血清TORCH-Ig M抗体检测结果,统计分析各病原体阳性率及季节分布。结果云南玉溪早孕孕妇TORCH感染具有自己的特点:(1)以HSV I和RV为主,分别为3.98%及3.48%,其次为HSV II(1.08%),CMV(0.69%)和TOX(0.21%);(2)病原体的感染率与季节平均气温呈正相关,具有季节性:夏16.58%、春9.98%,秋6.48%、冬3.13%。(3)五种病原体在四季中的高发规律有所不同;(4)HSV I、RV感染率高于国内外文献报道水平,总体感染率低于文献报道水平。结论针对HSV I和RV高发的玉溪地区,应着重加强两者的监测和预防,加强个人卫生防护和及时接种RV疫苗,对感染者采取一定的干预和治疗措施,以促进优生优育,提高人口素质。Objective To investigate the positive rate of TORCH-Ig M in early pregnant women in Yuxi city and to provide scientific evidence for prevention of local TORCH infection. Methods A retrospective analysis of TORCH-Ig M test results had been made in local 4371 early pregnancy from 2013 to 2014, making statistical analysis of each pathogen positive rate and seasonal distribution. Results The TORCH infection in pregnant women in Yuxi had its own characteristics:(1) HSV I 3.98%, RV 3.48%, HSV II 1.08%, CMV 0.69% and TOX 0.21%;(2) the pathogen infection and seasonal average temperature was positively correlated, been seasonal: summer 16.58%, spring 9.98%, autumn 6.48% and winter 3.13%.(3) five kinds of pathogens had different incidents at the Four Seasons;(4) HSV I, RV infection rates were higher than the level reported in the literature, and the overall infection rate was lower than reported level. Conclusion HSV I and RV have high incidences in Yuxi, which should be strengthened in both monitoring and prevention. Simultaneously, stringing protection of personal hygiene and timely RV vaccination, taking certain measures for intervention and treatment to infected person, is important to promoting prenatal and postnatal care and improving population quality.
