摘 要:交流接触器触头系统的稳定温升和电动力对其触头熔焊、磨损及接触稳定性具有重要影响。通过建立基于Ansys的单极交流接触器触头系统三维仿真模型,对触头系统进行了热力学分析。考虑了触头系统在实际工作时热传导和对流散热情况,仿真分析了电流密度和温升分布情况,以及接触压力和电流收缩效应对稳定温升的影响,并通过试验对仿真结果进行验证。同时对触头系统的电动力进行了有限元分析,获取触头系统电动力分布云图,分析了导电桥半径、导电桥高度、导电桥数目、电流等级以及静触桥结构对电动力的影响。The stable temperature rise and electrodynamic force of AC contactor’s contact system have an important influence on its contact melting welding,wear and contact stability. By establishing unipolar AC coatactor’s contact system three-dimensional simulation model based on Ansys,the AC contactor contact system was analyzed in thermodynamics. Considering the heat conduction and convection of contact system in the actual work,the simulation of current density and temperature distribution of contact system were analyzed. The paper also analyzed the influence of the contact pressure and the current contraction effect on the stable temperature rise,and the simulation results were verified through the experiment. At the same time,the finite element analysis was carried out on the electrodynamic force of contact system,getting the distribution of electrodynamic force. The influence of the conductive spot radius,height,number,the different value of current and static contact bridge structure and other factors on the electrodynamic force was analyzed.
