摘  要:介绍某500 k V变电站站用电系统倒闸操作时,出现站用变高、低压侧开关拒动作故障,同时又发生人为误操作引起备自投动作的事故。通过调查分析,揭示低压开关欠压脱扣器烧毁和就地操作开关是造成此次事故的主要原因,从而提出优化站用变调压方式、改进欠压脱扣器设计、规范开关操作方式等解决方案,确保站用电系统安全可靠运行。This paper introduced a resist-operation of high and low voltage circuit breaker during switching operation of the station-service power system in some 500 k V power station,at the same time the reserved autoswitch-on device operated incorrectly which is caused by man-made mal-operation. It shows that the burned undervoltage release and local operating circuit breaker are the main reason through investigation and analysis. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the station-service power system,this paper provides kinds of solutions such as optimizing the voltage regulation mode,improving the design of under-voltage release and normalizing the switching operation mode.
