摘  要:以某一塑料杯为研究对象,采用正交试验法设计试验方案,使用Moldflow对其进行翘曲模拟分析。以熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间、保压时间、保压压力为试验因素,分析其对翘曲变形量的影响规律,旨在获取最小翘曲变形量,找到最优的工艺参数组合,再次模拟验证得到翘曲变形量为0.066 0 mm。通过分析,有效减小翘曲变形,并且发现5因素对翘曲变形影响程度为:保压时间>熔体温度>模具温度>注射时间>保压压力,进而提高了制品的尺寸精度和使用性能,为实际注塑工艺参数的设置提供了正确理论指导。Taking a plastic cup as the research object, the testing program was designed by orthogonal test, and the warp simulation was analyzed by using Moldflow. The influence law of the melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time, holding time and holding pressure as experimental factors on the warping deformation of plastic cup was analyzed to find the optimal combination of process parameters, and the warping deformation was 0.066 0 mm. The warp deformation was effectively reduced, and the degree of influence factors on warpage was: the packing time the melt temperature the mold temperature the injection time the packing pressure, then the dimensional accuracy and performance of products were increased, and the correct theoretical guidance for setting actual injection molding process parameters was provided.
