摘 要:以三聚氯氰、二乙烯三胺为原料通过亲核取代反应得到阻燃剂FR-1,并通过硫磺酸对FR-1进行改性,制备了FR-2。利用FTIR、MS、1H-NMR、EDX等技术对产物进行了表征,采用热失重(TGA-DTG)、极限氧指数(LOI)测试及垂直燃烧对产物进行了阻燃性能测试。结果表明:FR-1、FR-2均与聚丙烯(PP)具有很好的相容性,未降低材料的力学性能,FR-1的阻燃能力比FR-2强,但是FR-2的抗熔能力更强,且合成工艺简单,在阻燃领域有一定的潜在应用价值。The flame retardant FR-1 was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reactions from raw materials cyanuric chloride and diethylenetriamine. FR-1 was modified by sulfuric acid to prepare flame retardant FR-2. The products were characterized by FTIR, MS, 1H-NMR and EDX, and the flame retardant properties of the product were investigated by means of TGA analysis, limiting oxygen index test and vertical burning test. The results show that FR-1 and FR-2 have good compatibility with PP, while the mechanical properties of the material are not reduced. The flame retardant ability of FR-1 is better than that of FR-2, but the anti-melting ability of FR-2 is stronger. The synthesis process is simple, and it has a certain application value in the field of flame retardant.
