摘　　要：本文介绍了氧化铝气力卸船机臂架功能及结构,详细地分析了臂架工作过程中所受的载荷状况。介绍了有限元分析软件,并详细地阐述了采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对臂架结构进行分析计算的过程,通过分析计算验证了该臂架结构的合理性。本文的设计计算方法具有一定的通用性,为今后同类臂架的设计提供了借鉴。This paper introduces function and structure of the boom of pneumatic ship unloader,analyzes load conditions of the actual condition of the boom,describes the whole process of the application of finite element analysis software to calculate the boom structure.Through the analysis and calculation,verifies the reasonableness of the boom structure design.Design and calculation method in this paper has a certain generality,can provide a reference for similar boom structure design in the future.
