摘　　要：本文通过分析影响七水硫酸锌结晶过程的主要因素,运用现行生产设施,利用单因素法,试验考察了螺带式搅拌对七水硫酸锌产品结晶晶粒的影响,并通过实际生产规模试验,比较了锚式搅拌及框式复合搅拌对于七水硫酸锌产品结晶晶粒的影响,完善了硫酸锌实际生产中的结晶工艺与操作作业制度。This paper analyzes the main factors affecting heptahydrate crystallization process,uses the existing production facilities,makes an single-factor experiment to analyze the influence of crystal grains of heptahydrate by ribbon impeller,compares the influence on the crystal grain of heptahydrate between anchor agitator and frame composite agitator by the actual production scale test,the crystallization process and operation job system of heptahydrate production have been optimized.
