摘　　要：公安信息化建立了相应的信息数据库和应用系统平台,然而这些数据因为系统结构、数据结构、操作系统等不同,而不能实现共享和交换。如何在不改变原有各个业务部门数据结构的情况下,实现所有公安信息的高度共享,是当前公安信息化发展所面临的一个难题。本文分析了当前公安信息系统中的问题,在深入研究实现信息比对系统的关键技术的基础上,提出了数据库的总体架构,研究了信息比对系统的主要功能。Public security informatization has made considerable development,the business departments have set up the corresponding information database and application system platform. However, these data cannot be shared and exchanged because of the system structure, data structure, operating system, and so on. How to achieve the high degree of sharing of all public security information without changing the data structure of the original business department is a difficult problem in the development of public security information. This paper analyses the problems in the current public security information system, Based on in-depth study of the key technology of realizing information comparison system, puts forward the overall framework of the database, and studies the main function of the system.
