他汀类药物与新发糖尿病关系的研究进展

摘　　要：他汀类药物是心血管疾病治疗的常用药物,但是他汀类药物的不良反应需要心血管医师的关注,本文就他汀类药物与新发糖尿病之间关系的研究做了综述,通过对国内外研究进行分析,认为他汀类药物与新发糖尿病有关,但是新发糖尿病的发生率低,不同种类、不同剂量的他汀类药物新发糖尿病发生率不一。对于存在肥胖、代谢综合征等危险因素的患者来说,应用他汀类药物发生新发糖尿病的风险更大,但是其心血管事件上的获益大于其对新发糖尿病的影响。Statins are commonly used drugs to cardiovascular disease treatment,but the adverse drug reactions of statins need cardiologists＇ attention. A review was made on the research of relation between statins and new onset diabetes mellitus. By comparative study between domestic and foreign researches,it was shown that statins is indeed related with new onset diabetes mellitus,while the incidence is low and the incidence varies with different categories and different dosages of statins. For patients with obesity and metabolic syndrome,the application of statins brings higher risk for new onset diabetes,but the benefit it brings to cardiovascular events outweigh its influence on new onset diabetes.
