摘　　要：由于腰椎关节突关节病变引起下腰痛的发病率逐年呈上升趋势,但其发病机制尚缺乏深入研究,无明确的定论。治疗方法多种多样,主要采用非手术治疗、介入治疗、手术治疗等,目前无统一的治疗标准。本文就国内外文献对腰椎关节突关节源性腰痛诊断和治疗的研究进展进行综述,以期今后能够制定高效、合理的诊疗方案,为临床医生提供诊疗依据。The incidence of lumbar zygapophysial joint pain is increasing year by year,while its pathogenesis needs to be further researched and definitely concluded. At present,the treatment methods of lumbar zygapophysial joint pain are diverse,including non- surgical treatment, interventional therapy and surgical treatment. However, there is no uniform treatment standard. The paper made a review of the research progress of the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar zygapophysial joint pain,with an aim to boost the development of efficient and rational diagnosis and treatment methods to provide reference for clinical doctors.
