摘　　要：目前置入有创动脉留置针完全依赖操作者的感觉和经验,操作过程中会有血液回流,污染管道。本研究组研制了一种改进后有创动脉留置针,本文介绍了其设计原理和使用方法,其利用监护仪上的有创动脉压力波形,数字化引导穿刺,缩短了操作时间,增加操作者的信心,极大增加操作成功率。At present,invasive arterial indwelling needle placement entirely depends on operators＇ feeling and experience. Blood backflow may occur in the process,and catheter can be polluted. Our research group developed an improved invasive arterial indwelling needle,and this paper introduced its design and application method. In the improved method, the invasive arterial pressure waveform on monitor is observed,and the puncture is guided by digitalization,thus operation time will be shortened,the confidence of the operators will be promoted,and the success rate of operation will be greatly increased.
