基于三菱PLC的温室大棚自动控制系统设计

摘　　要：在我国北方,智能化控制方案应用到温室大棚中,形成智能化的温室控制系统已经成为需要。本温室大棚自动控制系统设计采用了三菱FX3U系列的PLC,并搭载了多种传感器(二氧化碳传感器、光照传感器、温度传感器和土壤湿度传感器)及执行机构(散热风扇、卷帘遮阳补光装置、室内温度加热装置和土壤补水装置)。通过传感器系统对室内环境的实时检测,实现了对温室大棚内部各种环境参数的准确控制与调节,有效的保证了农作物的健康、高效的生长。In the north in China, the application of intelligent control scheme to the greenhouses to form the intelligent greenhouse control system has become a need. This automatic control system for greenhouse design adopts the PLC of Mitsubishi FX3 U series, and is equipped with a variety of sensors（carbon dioxide sensor, light sensor, temperature sensor and soil humidity sensor） and actuators（cooling fan, shutter shade light device, indoor temperature heating device and soil water replenishing device）. The real-time detection of indoor environment by sensor system realizes the accurate control and adjustment of various internal environmental parameters of the greenhouse, and effectively guarantees the healthy and effective growth of crops.
