摘  要:目的建立猪背增生性瘢痕模型,验证瘢痕中α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的表达。方法在2头幼猪背部两侧制作非全厚皮损共24块,观察愈合过程并在术后30d取组织标本,行HE染色并采用免疫组化方法进行α-SMA染色并分析。结果创伤4周内完成再上皮化,HE染色显示胶原纤维增生,排列紊乱,免疫组化检测发现瘢痕组织中α-SMA表达水平明显高于正常组织(P<0.05)。结论α-SMA的持续表达可引起瘢痕挛缩,产生增生性瘢痕。Objective To establish a porcine model of hypertrophic scar and to verify the expression ofα-SMA in scars. Methods 24 pieces of non full-thickness skin lesions were made on the back of 2 young pigs.Then the healing process was observed. The tissue samples were selected for HE staining 56 days after operation. The expression of α-SMA was analysed by immuno histochemistry. Results The re-epithelializing time was less than 4 weeks. The collagen appeared irregular proliferation after HE staining. The α-SMA expression of scar tissues was obviously higher than that in normal tissues with statistically significance( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The continuous expression of α-SMA can lead to contracture of scars,and produce hypertrophic scars.
