健康人体衰老度测量

摘　　要：目的拟定综合性生理-心理-社会三维量表,并检验该量表的信度、效度及测量人体衰老度的结果。方法根据某些量表构建理论与方法及笔者的实践感受,筛选出健康人体生理、心理、社会不同维度的衰老条目,并经专家评分进一步确定条目且制成量表,用Saaty法确定量表不同维度的权重;在此基础上,以南昌市东湖、洪都及九江市沙河某些社区为研究现场,分层随机抽取≥20岁健康人为研究对象,以10岁为组段,进行衰老度测量,用SPSS18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果本文构建的量表由生理-心理-社会三维度51个衰老度相关条目组成;量表中的生理、心理、社会各维度权重系数分别为0.49、0.31、0.20;三维量表信度为0.786,效度为71.15%,年龄与量表分值的线性相关分析(r=0.528)提示分值随年龄升高而呈上升趋势。结论构建的三维衰老度量表对测量健康人衰老度有可行性,能反映年龄与分值的关系,该量表还体现了现代医学模式,将为深入完善人体衰老度测量提供思路。Objective To measure the aging degree,provide reference for the aging evaluation by reference aging related theories and methods used for the detection of some medical scale,comprehensive biological-psychological-social three dimensional scale. Methods According to certain scale building theory,method and the author＇s practical experience,different human physiological health,psychological and social dimensions of the aging items were selected,decided by the expert evaluating and the scale was determined finally.Weight of different dimension was determined by the Saaty method.On the basis,the Shahe community in Jiujiang city,Hongdu and Donghu communities in Nanchang city were selected as the research sites,more than or equal to 20 years old healthy subjects were randomly selected as subjects,with10 years as the group range.Results The scale included 51 items.The weight coefficients of physiologic function,mental state and social adaptation were 0.49,0.31,0.20.The reliability was 0.786 and validity was 71.15%.The scores of scale were growing with age and showed difference among different age groups,the trend could be expended by correlation coefficient（ r = 0. 528）. Conclusions Three-dimensional aging degree scale is built and has feasibility to measure healthy aging and can reflect the relationship between age and score.The scale also can reflect the modern medical model and will provide ideas for perfecting human aging degree measuring system.
