摘 要:目的探讨芳香疗法改善老年人睡眠质量的效果。方法 56名老年人随机分成按摩组18例、嗅吸组18例和对照组20例。3组被试在干预前、干预8周后采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)进行同期总评分和各成分评分,比较干预前后差异。结果 1)3组被试组间效应显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);按摩组与嗅吸组干预前后PSQI评分相比,总均分均较干预前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组前后PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与嗅吸组相比,按摩组在干预后PSQI评分比干预前降低更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)按摩组被试的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍以及日间功能障碍等成分在干预前后同期评分相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。嗅吸组被试的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍以及日间功能障碍等成分在干预前后同期评分相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芳香疗法能有效缓解和改善老年人的睡眠质量;且按摩疗法比嗅吸疗法效果更明显。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of aromatherapy in improving sleep quality of the elderly.Methods 56 elderly people were randomly divided into massage group(n=18),sniff group(n=18)and control group(n=20).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)was adopted to evaluate sleep quality in all groups before intervention and 8weeks after intervention and total scores at the same period as well as separate scores were recorded.Results(1 After intervention,there was obvious effects in all the three groups and the differences between groups were of the statistical significance(P〈0.05).After intervention,the PSQI of massage and sniff group were significantly decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PSQI scores of control group before and after intervention(P〉0.05).Compared with sniff group,the decrease in PSQI score of massage group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).(2There were statistically significant differences in the scores of massage group in terms of sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction during the same period before and after intervention(P〈0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of sniff group in terms of sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction during the same period before and after intervention(P〈0.05).Conclusion Aromatherapy can improve the sleep quality of the elderly,and the efficacy of massage therapy was more obvious than sniffing therapy.
