摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻内镜治疗幼儿巨大筛窦囊肿的方法。方法分析四川大学华西医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科2015年12月收治的幼儿巨大筛窦囊肿经鼻内镜治疗的1例患者资料。结果术后患者的突眼、鼻塞症状均有明显改善,随访至今,未见复发。结论鼻内镜手术治疗幼儿巨大筛窦囊肿是一种安全、有效的方法,因该患者病程短、进展快,术前鉴别诊断尤为重要。Objective To explore the efficacy of transnasal endoscope in the treatment of children′s huge ethmoid sinus cyst.Methods The data of one child with huge ethmoid cyst hospitalized in December 2015 and treated with transnasal endoscope was analyzed.Results Proptosis and nasal congestion in this patient were markedly improved after surgery.There was no recurrence during the follow-up until now.Conclusion Transnasal endoscopic resection is a safe and effective way of treating ethmoid sinus cyst.This patient had a short course of disease and rapid development,therefore,preoperative differential diagnosis was particularly important.
