摘  要:目的利用表面肌电分析投弹运动过程中参与肌群的特点。方法将电极贴于腹直肌、股四头肌、胫前肌、小腿三头肌、腘绳肌、臀大肌、竖脊肌、斜方肌、背阔肌、三角肌、肱二头肌、肱三头肌、腕曲肌、腕伸肌、胸大肌肌腹处,得出各个肌肉主要发力区间时间和RMS值。结果通过表面肌电信号图结合录像分析,得出各个肌群的发力大小与发力区间。结论各个肌群随着投弹动作的发生协调发力,每个肌肉都有其特定的时相和大小,这为建立标准投弹模型提供了参考。Objective To analyse the characteristics of muscles in the grenade throwing with surface electricity. Methods This study choose a sergeancy of good performance in grenade throwing,the surface- electomyographic (sEMG) signals of the subjects rectus abdominis,quadriceps femoris,tibialis anterior,gastrocne- miussoleus,hamstring muscle,gluteus maximus,erector spinae,musculus trapezius,latissimus dorsi,deltoid,biceps brachii,triceps brachii,musculusflexor,wrist extensor,ectopectoralis were recorded during throwing grenade,through the sEMG to get the RMS and times of major exerting period. Results Through the sEMG and videotape,the RMS and the times of muscles contraction were obtained. Conclusion All muscles coordinate to contract,each muscle has specific time phase and quantity,the results provide the reference about the standards-based norm of grenade throwing.
