摘  要:目的探讨经胸二维超声心动图(TTE)取双半月瓣切面测量双动脉干下型室间隔缺损(VSD)直径的价值。方法对49例双动脉干下型室间隔缺损(VSD)进行经胸二维超声心动图(TTE)检查,取双半月瓣切面观测量VSD直径,将超声测量结果与外科手术所见进行对照。结果本组双半月瓣切面观VSD直径与手术测量具有良好的相关性(r=0.9623,P<0.001)且数字非常接近(y=0.11+0.9473x)(P>0.05)。结论经胸二维超声心动图取双半月瓣切面观察测量双动脉干下型室间隔缺损直径手术测量缺损直径接近吻合,超声能够及早给临床提供准确数值,对于病情评估,术式选择具有较好的临床价值。Objective To explore the value of measuring ventricular septal defect (VSD)'s three types (ICVSD,SBT-VSD and mixed VSD) on semilunar valve's level by transthoracic two-dimensional ultrasonic cardiogram. Methods The 49 cases of VSD were measured by transthoracic two-dimensional ultrasonic cardiogram. The diameters of VSD were measured on the semilunar valve's level,the basal short axis level,the long axis of left ventricular level and the long axis of right outflow tract level respectively. The obtained results were compared with the finding of the surgical opreration. Results The uhrasounic evaluatin was closely interrelated with surgical findings in the size of VSD (r=0.9623,P〈0.001,y=0.11+0.9473x). The results on other levels were apparently less than that in surgical operation,and the differences had statistical significance. Conclusion The measure values of VSD on the semilunar valve's level by transthoracic two-dimensional ultrasonic cardiogram are similar to that in surgical operation. The ultrasound can provide accurate numerical as early as possible and is beneficial for preoperative selection of procedures and evaluation of disease.
