摘　　要：液相芯片技术可以从少量样本中快速得到大量的辅助诊断信息,正逐步从科学研究实验室进入临床实验室,在多种肿瘤标志物联合检测、自身抗体筛查、人类白细胞抗原分型及感染性病原体基因检测等方面具有重要的临床应用价值。现就液相芯片技术在医学检验中的应用做一综述。The platform of liquid chip technology can get the diagnosis of a large amount of information from sinai samples fast,and it has great potential clinical application in the determination of autoimmune antibodies, muhitumor markers,the phenotype of Human Leukocyte Antigen and the genes of infectious pathogens. This artiche reviews the application of liquid chip technology in medical examination.
