摘 要:为提高汽车后保险杠的吸能特性,以某一型号轿车的汽车后保险杠为研究对象,设计了泡沫铝填充结构汽车后保险杠,并应用Hyperworks软件建立两种后保险杠结构的有限元模型。以国标中摆锤冲击试验为评价标准,研究了汽车后保险杠的低速碰撞特性,并对其进行比较。结果表明,泡沫铝填充结构的汽车保险杠在提高汽车安全性的方面更具有优越性。In order to improve the energy absorption characteristics of car rear bumper, a certain type of car rear bumper was used as research object, and the car rear bumper filled with aluminum foam was designed, and the finite element models for two kinds of rear bumpers were created by using Hyperworks software. Taking pendulum impact test as the evaluation criteria in Chinese regulations, the low speed collision characteristic of the car rear bumper was researched, and a comparative analysis was carried out. The results show that the structure of aluminum foam filling bumper of the car has more superiority in improving the safety of the car.
