摘　　要：探讨JSC326型梳棉机的结构特点及应用效果。介绍了JSC326型梳棉机在机械结构、工艺配置和调整方面的特点,并举例说明了该设备的使用效果。实际应用结果表明:在纺纯棉精梳纱和粘胶纱品种时,棉结去除率保持在91%以上,杂质去除率保持在92%以上,生条条干CV值在3.4%以下。认为:JSC326型梳棉机设计精细,工艺先进,产量高,质量好,智能化水平高,具有较高的性价比。The structure property and application effect of JSC326 carding machine were discussed. The JSC326 carding machine regarding with mechanical structure, technology configuration and adjustment were introduced. The application effect of the carding machine was explained as examples. The practical application results show that nep removing rate keeps above 91%,impurity removing rate is higher than 92 % and CV value of card sliver is lower than 3. 4% when spinning pure cotton combed yarn and viscose yarn. h is considered that JSC326carding machine is subtly designed, with advanced technology, higher output, better quality, higher intelligent level and better cost performance.
