摘  要:探讨粗纱机上销和胶圈配套的优选方法。应用模糊决策方法中的Borda数法对粗纱机上销和胶圈进行配套优选。分别将SKF-T型、GC-T型、GC-TS1型和GC-TS2型上销,与PQ1型、PQ2型、PQ3型、PQ4型胶圈组合,制定了16个试验方案进行试验。用Borda数法对试验结果进行分析,确定最优配套方案。结果显示:GC-TS2型上销与PQ4型胶圈、GC-TS1型上销与PQ3型胶圈、SKF-T型上销与PQ1型胶圈配套纺纱效果较优。认为:采用模糊决策法中的Borda数法对排序对象个数较少的试验方案的优选效果较好。The optimization method of top pin matching with apron on roving frame was discussed. Borda method in fuzzy decision method was adopted to optimize accessories in drafting part of roving frame. Top pins of SKF-T,GC-T,GC-TS1 and GC-TS2 were respectively combined with aprons PQ1, PQ2, PQ3 and PQ4. Sixteen experimental schemes were made. Borda method was used for results analyses. Optimized matching scheme was confirmed. The test results show that the spinning effects of top pin and apron combinations including GC-TS2 with PQ4 ,GC TS1 with PQ3 and SKF-T with PQ1 are better. It is considered that adopting Borda method in fuzzy decision method is beneficial to the optimization of test schemes with less count of test objects.
