摘　　要：常见的以血细胞减少为主要特征的慢性血液系统疾病,中医辨证施治多以"补肾健脾,益气生血"法为多,且疗效显著。在对疾病机理探索下,提示疾病均有不同程度的细胞免疫功能紊乱存在。研究"补肾健脾,益气生血"法"异病同治"治疗某些慢性血液病以及其在细胞分子水平的共同性,有助于为进一步发掘血液病"异病同治"的内涵,寻找中西医结合的契入点开拓思路。In the common chronic blood diseases with pancytopenia as the main feature,TCM often treats it with＂tonifying kidney and spleen,benefiting Qi and blood＂,which effect is significant. In the exploration of the mechanism of the disease,there is all cellular immune function disorder in different degree in these diseases. Studying the treatment of chronic blood diseases by ＂tonifying kidney and spleen,benefiting Qi and blood＂and the common in cell molecular level,is helpful to explore the connotation of ＂treating different diseases with the same therapy＂,and explore new ideas for choosing the starting point on the combination of TCM and Western medicine.
