益肾化瘀方治疗高血压早期肾损害临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药益肾化瘀方治疗高血压早期肾损害的临床疗效。方法:将96例高血压早期肾损害患者随机分为两组,每组48例,对照组采用缬沙坦胶囊治疗,治疗组在缬沙坦胶囊治疗基础上采用中药益肾化瘀方。比较两组治疗前后尿微量白蛋白(m ALB)、α1微球蛋白(α1-MG)、β_2微球蛋白(β_2-MG)、血清内皮素-1(ET-1)水平、一氧化氮(NO)水平及中医症候积分,并比较两组治疗总有效率。结果:与治疗前比较,两组尿m ALB、α1-MG、β_2-MG、血清ET-1水平及中医症候积分均下降(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),两组血清NO水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:中药益肾化瘀方可减少尿微量白蛋白,改善肾脏血管活性,治疗高血压早期肾损害的疗效确切。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of Yishen Huayu Recipe on early hypertension renal damage. Methods：Ninety- six patients with early hypertension renal damage were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group,the controlled group were used valsartan capsules,the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Yishen Huayu Recipe based on the Valsartan Capsules. The urine micro albumin（ m ALB）,alpha 1microglobulin（ alpha 1- MG）,beta2microglobulin（ beta 2- MG）,serum endothelin- 1（ ET- 1） level and nitric oxide（ NO） level and TCM syndrome integral of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the total effective rates were compared too. Results： Urinary m ALB,alpha 1- MG,beta 2- MG,serum ET- 1level and TCM syndrome score decreased compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,the treatment group was lower than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）,the serum level of NO of the two groups increased compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,the treatment group was higher than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the controlled group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Yishen Huayu Recipe can reduce microalbuminuria and improve renal vasoactive,it has definite curative effect on early essential hypertension renal damage.
