桃红四物汤加味配合火针治疗下肢静脉曲张临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察桃红四物汤加味配合火针治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法:将72例下肢静脉曲张患者随机分为两组(各36例),治疗组采用桃红四物汤加味配合火针治疗,对照组单纯火针治疗,比较两组对曲张程度、曲张范围、胀痛、水肿、皮疹及不良反应临床疗效。结果:治疗组完成34例,愈显率73.5%;对照组完成33例,愈显率51.5%(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:桃红四物汤加味配合火针治疗下肢静脉曲张具有较好临床疗效,对改善曲张范围、皮疹方面尤为明显。Objective： To observe the curative effect of using Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with fire needle to treat varicose veins of lower extremity. Methods： Totally 72 varicose veins of lower extremity patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group. The treatment group adopted Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with fire needle treatment,while the controlled group adopted only fire needle treatment,then the symptom scores and clinical efficacy was compared. Results： The symptom scores of the treatment group was 0. 6 ± 1. 1,which was better than the controlled group（ 2. 3 ± 1. 8,P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was 97% in the treatment group,and 87% in the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. The effectiveness of the treatment group was better than the controlled group. Conclusion： Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with fire needle treatment has a significant effect to varicose veins of lower extremity,remarkably improving the clinical symptoms.
