摘 要:以铝合金废渣为原料制备了聚硅酸铝铁(PAFSC)絮凝剂。通过单因素实验优选出盐酸浸取铝合金废渣最佳条件:反应时间为20 min,反应温度为80℃,盐酸浓度为6 mol/L,盐酸与铝物质的量比为3∶1。在此条件下铝的浸取率>95%。用浸取铝合金废渣得到的氯化铝溶液制备聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂,并用于处理造纸废水。当聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂投加量为400 mg/L时,其对造纸制浆废水COD、色度的去除率分别达到68%、92%。聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂处理造纸制浆废水的效果优于聚合氯化铝(PAC)絮凝剂。Flocc ulant PAFSC was prepared by aluminium alloy waste slag as raw material.Through the single factor experiment,the optimum conditions to leaching aluminium waste slag in hydrochloric acid were as follows:reaction time was 20 min,reaction temperature was 80 ℃,hydrochloric acid concentration was 6 mol/L,and amount-of-substance ratio n(HCl)∶n(Al)=3∶1.The leaching rate of aluminium was more than 95% under these conditions.By leaching aluminium waste slag to get the aluminium chloride solution to produce the PAFSC and PAFSC was applied in pulping waste water treatment.Using 400 mg/L of the PAFSC to deal with the pulping wastewater,the COD removal rate and decolorization rate of pulping wastewater could reach 68% and 92% respectively.The effect of PAFSC was better than that of PAC(polyaluminium chloride).
