摘  要:传统的煤泥干燥设备采用回转圆筒干燥机,主要以对流传热的方式干燥,传热效率低,对传热介质的温度要求很高,属于高温干燥,设备一次性投资大、占地面积大。介绍了一种煤泥干燥新工艺,以热传导为主、对流传热为辅。主要介绍了空心桨叶式干燥机的性能、特点、工作原理、结构及其在煤泥行业的应用,属于低温搅拌型干燥设备。Traditional coal slime drying equipment is rotary drum dryer,which is mainly in the form of convective heat transfer of drying. It is characterized of low thermal efficiency,high requirement to the convective medium temperature,which belongs to the high temperature drying,high one-time investment and large covers of area.A new technology for coal slime drying,which gives priority to heat conduction and takes convection heat transfer as complement,was introduced.The performance,characteristics,working principle,and structure of hollow blade type dryer were introduced.And its application in the coal slime industry was also reviewed.The equipment belongs to the low temperature mixing type drying equipment.
