全球价值链嵌入、要素禀赋结构与劳动收入占比--基于跨国数据的实证研究

摘　　要：本文基于产品与功能双重嵌入结构的全球价值链嵌入水平,对全球价值链嵌入的收入分配效应进行了理论分析,提出全球价值链嵌入影响劳动收入占比的研究假说,并利用40个国家和地区的跨国数据,实证检验了全球价值链嵌入程度与要素禀赋结构对劳动收入占比的影响。结果表明:第一,全球价值链嵌入加深将会导致劳动收入占比下降,且影响程度与国家在全球价值链分工体系中所处的地位有关;第二,全球价值链嵌入对劳动收入占比的负向效应,会随着要素禀赋结构转换、资本积累进程的加深不断减弱;第三,全球价值链嵌入对不同技能类型的劳动者收入占比产生差异化的影响,对高技能劳动者收入占比的负向影响相对更小;第四,不同价值链嵌入结构对劳动收入占比具有异质性的作用,服务嵌入结构较之于产品嵌入结构对劳动收入占比的负向效应更弱。Considering the global value incorporation level of dual incorporation structure of product and function, we conduct theoretical analysis on its income distribution effects, propose the hypothesis of the influence of global value chain incorporation on the ratio of labor income, and use international data of 40 countries and regions to conduct empirical test on the influence of the incorporation level on the ratio of factor endowments structure to labor income. The results show that： first, the deepening of global value chain incorpo- ration will lead to the decrease of the ratio of labor income, and the extent influence is related to the status of a nation in the global labor division system; second, global value chain incorporation has negative impact on the ratio of labor income, and it will be mitigated with the conversion of factor endowment structure and the deep- ening of the process of capital accumulation; third, global value chain incorporation has differentiation impact on the ratio of the income of laborers with different skills, and it has relatively less impact on the ratio of the in- come of highly-skilled laborers; fourth, different value chain incorporation structure has heterogeneity effect on labor income ratio, and compared with product incorporation structure, the service incorporation structure has less negative impact on labor income ratio.
